Exotic Gardening with Rare and Strange Plants

In an attempt to further document my plant collecting I’m going to start posting specimen photographs. Everyday I tell myself no more new plants, still, they often follow me home.

I aquired this Cyphostemma juttae a couple months ago and it seems to be doing well in my front window.  The specimen in particular cost me more then I would like to admit. Cyphostemma juttaea is a rare, strange looking succulent from South Africa and neighboring Namibia. If taken care of properly Cyphostemma’s grow quite large and will surely impress even the most experienced succulent enthusiast.

If you’d like to learn more about this plant, further information can be found here.
